Everyone has been doing great. Isabelle turned five months (adjusted two months) on the 3rd and weighed 9lbs 8ozs last Friday.
Dave and I had to take Isabelle to UVa for a consult on her umbilical hernia. Most of the time they don't do surgery but Isabelle's skin is thin and they are afraid of what could happen. So we will be taking her back on August 19 for surgery to repair her hernias. It turned out that she also has a small hernia where her first surgery was. Dr. Rogers will be repairing both hernias. He is the one that did Isabelle emergency drain surgery back on March 19. We are glad that he is the one who will do the surgery. The surgery will be done on Wednesday and we will stay in the hospital one night and then we should come home on Thursday. Please say a prayer for Isabelle.
Dave has been busy with painting and working on the house. I will work on adding some pictures of his most recent project. As for the rest of us we like finding more things for him to do. The kids can't wait until he gets their swing set put together. Dave is looking forward to putting it together. The box says for two people it will take at least 24 hours. We always have lots to do and not enough time.

Lots of prayers for all that you are doing...Isabelle especially. She is absolutely a beautiful miracle!! I will also pray for Dave and that playground lol. When we got ours up it took all day with 5 of us! Not sure if you got a big wooden one or a metal one but either way, make sure you sort and label everything ahead of time. It will save you lots of time!! Miss you tons.
So glad to hear things are getting back to normal. As much as it can be. Isabelle is fighter. All will be well. I love love the picture with all 4. Beautiful! Tell Dave good luck with the swing set.
